1.1 The Customer will receive the shipping of the Product at the address of choice that they keyed in at the Order checkout. Shipping takes within 7 working days.
Customers need not collect their Order at Domiha.com's warehouse or office. At the moment, Domiha.com does not offer international shipping. Customers can track their Orders via Domiha.com's track order tool that is made available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on its website.
1.2 Shipping charges for items sold by Domiha.
Items purchased below RM 200: Shipping fee starts at RM 12.00 for parcel weight 1KG & Below.
Items purchased above RM 200: Free shipping (West Malaysia only).
1.3 Shipping charges for items sold at Domiha Brand Street: Merchants will set their own shipping fees.
1.4 A signature of the Customer is required upon receipt of the Product, after which the Customer will be given proof of receipt. Customers may check the product for damage and faults. Please refer to Domiha.com's Returns & Replacement Policy for further information if any damage is found on the Product.
1.5 Customer must be at the address and time that they have keyed in on the Order Form to receive shipment of the Product. Please ensure to provide the correct address at in order to receive shipment, otherwise there is a high likelihood that Domiha.com will impose a second shipping charge on the Customer.
1.6 The Customer must bear the risk upon shipment of the Product. If a Customer is found to be in breach of a Contract where they refuse to accept the Product upon shipment, Domiha.com has the right to charge a fee as well as other associated costs. Domiha.com also reserves the right to refuse a Customer's order if it is found that the Customer has previously breached a Contract for the receipt of the Product at the point of shipment.
1.7 Domiha.com will not be held accountable for any late shipping and/or costs, charges, damages, expenses, liabilities and losses that incur due to late shipping.
